We maintain a same-day delivery service for requested records with outlying areas (over 50 klms from Newcastle CBD) receiving deliveries on a next working day basis.
Our pick up and delivery service greatly reduces the time and effort your staff spend on archive records. As you'll probably appreciate, it's far more important for your staff to get on with the business of the day rather than spending unproductive hours in a storeroom or travelling to an offsite storage facility.

Cost Savings
At HDM we realise that controlling costs is crucial to all organisations, so we aim to help.
Firstly, we operate a true user pay system: you will only pay for services provided. At HDM there are no minimum quantity requirements, pre-payment requests, or hidden charges. The majority of our clients operate on a monthly invoice cycle with smaller clients operating on a quarterly invoice cycle. All invoices provide detailed information and are provided on an arrears basis.

Security:
HDM provides you with high-level security for your records.
The HDM repository is protected by coded entry requirements and full time camera surveillance. We also have early warning systems in place to monitor any unauthorised entry attempt and smoke and movement detection. These systems are monitored on a 24/7 basis.
Operating from Kotara we have the benefit of being a part of a specialist purpose built storage centre, that includes the benefit of staff who live permanently on site.
