A major advantage we offer you is our pickup and delivery service direct to your office or home.
All transport and handling of the hard drive units is undertaken by our trained staff, no sub-contractors are used. All hard drive units are subjected to electronic verification during the delivery and collection process to ensure high levels of control are maintained.
Convenience and flexibility are major features of our service.
Risk Reduction:
Here are four key areas where we reduce your exposure to risk: -
1. No Internet connection is required. Our service has a no-cost impact on your internet service provider or your data transfer allowances.
2. Your data remains here in Newcastle secure in our data vault and free from any form of possible access, duplication or virus infection. We have adopted the term hibernation of your data to best describe the service.
3. No new or additional software is required by you as we utilise your existing operating system features. The hard drive unit is a simple plug and play operation. If you can connect a usb cable and can use a mouse our system will work for you.

Security & Routine:
All hard drive units are kept in our data vault. The vault is air-conditioned and fire protected. All access is controlled by swipe key entry and along with full time camera surveillance all movements within the vault are recorded. We also have early warning systems and alarms in place to monitor any unauthorised entry attempt as well as smoke and movement detection systems that are of course monitored on a 24/7 basis.
Centrally located at Kotara we also have the added benefit of staff who live permanently on site.
Our service offers you a regular and routine approach to maintaining a backup copy of your important data. We will deliver and collect a hard-drive unit for your exclusive use in line with the rotation cycle that you select. Whether we visit you once a month or once every six months, we will contact you in advance by e-mail to alert you that your hard drive unit is due for updating.
